返金ポリシー

デジタル商品

商品の性質上、ダウンロード後の返品・返金はお受けできません。ご購入前に、商品ページに記載のファイル形式・解像度・ライセンス条件をご確認ください。

ただし、以下の場合はご購入から14日以内にご連絡いただければ、ファイルの再送または全額返金にて対応いたします。

ダウンロードリンクが機能しない
ファイルが破損して開けない
商品説明と著しく異なる内容だった

物理商品（額装プリント・タペストリー・デスクマット等）

すべて受注生産のため、お客様のご都合（イメージと違った、サイズを間違えた等）による返品・交換はお受けできません。ご注文前にサイズと仕様をご確認ください。

以下の場合は、商品到着後14日以内にご連絡ください。交換または返金にて対応いたします。

配送中の破損・汚損
印刷不良、製造上の欠陥
ご注文と異なる商品の到着

ご連絡の際にお願いしたいもの
・注文番号
・不具合箇所がわかる写真（外装箱の写真もあると助かります）
これらをご用意いただくと、確認から対応までがスムーズです。

返金の時期と方法

返金をお受けする場合、ご購入時と同じ決済方法にて返金いたします。ご連絡から承認まで通常2営業日以内、返金処理から実際の着金までは決済事業者により5〜14営業日程度かかります。

返送料の負担

当店の責による場合（破損・不良・誤配送）は当店が負担します。なお、破損・不良品については返送不要とさせていただく場合があります。

Refund Policy

Digital products

Because of the nature of digital files, we cannot accept returns once a file has been downloaded. Please check the format, resolution and licence on the product page before buying.

That said, if within 14 days of purchase your download link fails, your file is corrupted, or the product differs materially from its description, contact us and we will resend the files or refund you in full.

Physical products

Every physical item is made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or an incorrect size choice. Please check dimensions before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Please include your order number and photographs of the problem (and of the outer box, if it was damaged in transit) — this lets us resolve it quickly.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We approve claims within two business days; your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5–14 business days to post the funds.
