THE LOCUS（以下「当店」）は、お客様の個人情報の保護を重要な責務と認識し、以下の方針に基づき取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

  • ご注文時：氏名、メールアドレス、配送先住所、電話番号、決済に関する情報
  • サイト閲覧時：IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、閲覧ページ、参照元、Cookie等の情報

クレジットカード番号は当店では保持しません。決済代行事業者（Shopify Payments 等）が直接処理します。

2. 利用目的

  • 商品の発送、デジタルファイルの提供、注文内容のご連絡
  • お問い合わせへの対応
  • 不正利用の防止
  • サイトの改善および統計的な分析
  • （同意いただいた場合のみ）新商品・キャンペーンのご案内

3. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、以下の業務委託先には、業務遂行に必要な範囲で情報を提供します。

  • Shopify Inc.（カナダ）— ECプラットフォーム・決済処理
  • Gelato ASA（ノルウェー）、Printify Inc.（米国）— 物理商品の製造・配送。お客様の配送先情報が提供されます
  • 配送業者 — 荷物の配送のため
当店は日本国外の事業者に業務を委託しているため、個人情報が国外に移転される場合があります。各社は自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。

4. Cookieの使用

当店はカート機能の維持、アクセス解析のためにCookieを使用します。ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にできますが、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

5. 安全管理

当店は個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏洩を防止するため、通信の暗号化（SSL/TLS）等の必要な措置を講じます。

6. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求

ご本人からの個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除のご請求には、本人確認のうえ、法令に従い速やかに対応いたします。下記までご連絡ください。

Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment-related information. When you browse: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and cookie data. We never store your card number — payment processors handle it directly.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to answer your enquiries, to prevent fraud, to improve the store, and — only with your consent — to send you occasional updates.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with: Shopify Inc. (Canada) for the store and payments; Gelato ASA (Norway) and Printify Inc. (USA) to produce and ship physical products; and the carriers who deliver them. Because we work with providers outside Japan, your data may be transferred internationally and handled under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the store is used. You can disable them in your browser, though some features may stop working.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA (California), including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
