利用規約 / Terms of Service

第1条（適用）

本規約は、THE LOCUS（以下「当店」）が運営するオンラインストアの利用条件を定めるものです。お客様は、本ストアをご利用いただくことで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（著作権）

当店が販売する書道作品およびそのデジタルデータの著作権は、すべて当店（および作品の制作者）に帰属します。商品の購入により譲渡されるのは、以下に定める利用許諾（ライセンス）であり、著作権そのものではありません。

個人利用ライセンス（デジタルアートプリント、タトゥーデザイン等）

許可される利用

印刷して自宅・オフィス等に飾ること
壁紙・待ち受け画像等としての個人的な利用
タトゥーデザインとしてご自身の身体に施術すること（施術者への画像提供を含む）

禁止される利用

ファイルの再販売、再配布、共有（無償・有償を問わず）
商品化して販売すること
NFT等として発行すること
AIモデルの学習データとして使用すること

商用ライセンス（SVGパック等、商用可と明記された商品）

許可される利用

クライアントワーク、ブランディング、パッケージ、アパレル、Web・印刷物のデザインへの使用
色の変更、拡大縮小、トリミング、他要素との組み合わせ
デザインの構成要素として、販売する製品への使用

禁止される利用

素材集・テンプレート等としてファイルそのものを再配布・再販売すること
作品そのものを商標・ロゴとして登録すること（事前にご相談いただければ許諾できる場合があります）
AIモデルの学習データとして使用すること

第3条（禁止事項）

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
当店のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊・妨害する行為
他の利用者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
不正アクセス、またはこれを試みる行為
当店の作品を、当店が制作したものではないかのように偽って表示する行為

第4条（免責事項）

当店は、本ストアの内容の正確性・完全性について保証するものではありません
通信環境、お客様の機器等の事情により生じた損害について、当店は責任を負いません
お客様が本規約に違反して商品を利用したことにより生じた損害について、当店は責任を負いません
当店の責に帰すべき事由による損害賠償は、当該商品の購入代金を上限とします

第5条（サービスの変更・中断）

当店は、事前の通知なくストアの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。ただし、購入済みのデジタル商品については、可能な限りダウンロード手段を確保するよう努めます。

第6条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本ストアに関して紛争が生じた場合、当店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Copyright

All calligraphy works sold here, and their digital files, remain the copyright of THE LOCUS and the artist. Buying a product grants you a licence to use the work — it does not transfer copyright.

Personal licence (art prints, tattoo designs)

You may: print and display the work at home or in your workplace; use it as wallpaper or a personal image; and have it tattooed on your own body, including giving the file to your tattoo artist for that purpose.

You may not: resell, redistribute or share the files; sell products made from them; mint them as NFTs; or use them as training data for AI models.

Commercial licence (SVG packs and any product marked commercial)

You may: use the artwork in client work, branding, packaging, apparel, editorial and web design; recolour, scale, crop and combine it; and include it as a component of products you sell.

You may not: redistribute or resell the files themselves as stock assets or templates; register the artwork as a trademark or logo without our written permission (ask us — we are usually happy to arrange this); or use the files as AI training data.

Prohibited conduct

Do not break the law, interfere with our systems, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorised access, or present our work as your own creation.

Liability

We do not warrant that the store's content is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from your equipment or connection. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
